Mini Makers: As Sweet As Spring

10.30am - 12.30pm

Join us for an exciting new addition to our early years programme. Mini Makers is a monthly event where those aged 0-4 can experience the wonders of mark making and exploring art through activities suitable for even the littlest of hands. Each month will be themed differently, with lots of opportunities for playing with paint and other craft materials**. This month the theme is 'As Sweet As Spring.'

So come along and celebrate the end of Spring with this incredibly colourful and creative session. Your little ones can make lovely lamb masks, hand printed flowers and toddle through a rainbow as they discover the wonders of paint and colour.

This is a fun and inspiring experience for you to share with your children as they create their first art works for you to take home. Best of all you get to leave all the mess at the museum!

Suitable for 0 - 4s, but all are welcome.

*You may be asked to wait at busy times.

**Please note the Mini Makers activities will involve paint and will be messy. We will have aprons available, but parents may wish to strip their children down to their nappies/underwear, alternatively dress them in something that won't matter if it gets a bit painty!  Don't forget a spare outfit packed in your bag.
